The perfect iced coffee recipe

INGREDIENTI
  • 300 ml of coffee
  • 4 level spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • water, just enough
  • skimmed milk (*) cold (**)
COME PROCEDERE
  1. Add to the blend of coffee the teaspoon of cocoa powder.
  2. Put the coffee maker on the stove.
  3. When the coffee is brewed, pour it into a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Once the coffee is cool down, pour it into the ice cube moulds and keep in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  5. Fill the glasses to the brim with the coffee cubes.
  6. Cover with the cold milk. (**)
  7. Mix gently and serve immediately.
NOTE
(*) You can use almonds milk or hazelnut milk instead of skimmed milk. In this case, you haven’t to add sugar to the coffee.

(**) Try it also in winter. It’s enough to replace cold milk with hot one.

You can also replace the unsweetened cocoa powder with the same amount of cinnamon powder.
