APPLE AND MAPLE BAKED OATMEAL

INGREDIENTI
  • 1 egg
  • 1¾ cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla Almond milk)
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • ½ cup raw pecans, chopped
  • 1 apple, diced, reserve a few slices for to top
COME PROCEDERE
  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. In a medium sized bowl, beat the egg a few times with a fork until the egg yolk and egg white are combined. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Pour oatmeal batter into a greased bread loaf pan. If you would like to place a few sliced of apple onto of the oatmeal before you place it in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
