BROWNIE CHEESECAKE WITH CREAM LIQUEUR For a springform pan of 15 cm. diameter and 7 cm. tall

INGREDIENTI
For the brownie:
50 gr. black chocolate
50 gr. milk chocolate
65 gr. butter
90 gr. brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 egg L
50 grams flour
1 pinch salt
For the filling:
200 gr. Philadelphia cheese
200 gr. mascarpone cheese
100 gr. icing sugar
⅘ tablespoons cream liqueur
½ teaspoon vanilla paste
200 gr. cream
For the ganache:
100 gr. black chocolate
100 gr. cream

BROWNIE CHEESECAKE WITH CREAM LIQUEUR
For the brownie:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease the pan.
Put chocolate, butter, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
Remove from heat and add the egg, beating fast with a whisk to avoid bits of curdled egg in the dough.
Incorporate the flour and salt, pour the dough in the pan and bake for 15/20 minutes. The brownie must have formed a crust on top but as you touch it, you should notice that the center is still soft. Let cool in the pan.
For the filling:
In a bowl, whip the cream with a whisk and set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat cheese with sugar. When well blended, incorporate vanilla paste and cream liqueur.
Mix the contents of the two bowls with a spatula, making slow movements.
Pour over the brownie layer and take to the fridge.
For the ganache:
Heat the cream in the microwave and pour over the chocolate. Stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth and shiny.
Let it cool off a little bit and, then, pour ganache over the cheese layer and let the cake in the refrigerator until the next day (or a minimum of 6 hours).
Unmold and... enjoy!
