How to make Easter Chocolate bars (recipe in English on OPSD blog) These inviting Easter chocolate bars makes a excellent alternative gift instead of Easter eggs. It's easy enough for kids to make too and perfect for chocolate lover!

INGREDIENTI
  • 400 g of dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, according to your taste)
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of seed oil
  • assorted chocolate candy and cookies (chocolate eggs, wafer, M&M’s, Smarties…)
COME PROCEDERE
  1. Cover a rectangular baking sheet (cm 20x30) with baking paper greased with a dab of seed oil and set aside.
  2. Cook over a double boiler the dark chocolate to slowly melt it (or melt in the microwave).
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet and level its surface using a knife.
  4. Melt also the white chocolate with the same method. Pour the white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate and, using a skewer, form some decorations as you like.
  5. Don’t worry if they don’t look good, the more you make them casually and the more beautiful is the final result.
  6. Sprinkle the assorted chocolate candy and cookies on the chocolate and keep at room temperature, or into the fridge.
  7. Before serving, break into pieces.
