INGREDIENTI
80 g of honey and hazelnut corn-flakes
350 g of hazelnut spread lactose free
160 g of cream cheese lactose free
For the garnish
chopped toasted hazelnuts
honey and hazelnut corn-flakes
COME PROCEDERE
In a bowl, crumble the corn-flakes roughly. Add 150 g of hazelnut spread and stir well to combine.
Line the bottom and the borders of a springform baking tin (Ø cm 16) with baking paper and then place the mixture on its bottom, pressing well with the back of a tablespoon.
Keep into the fridge for at least 30 mins. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with a hand-held beater. Add gradually the remaining hazelnut spread and mix well until you get an homogeneous and fluffy mixture.
Smooth it onto the corn-flakes base with the back of a tablespoon. Cover your cheesecake with cling film and freeze overnight.
Remove the cake from the freezer at least 30 mins. before serving.
Sprinkle some chopped toasted hazelnuts and some corn-flakes on the cake and … enjoy!
NOTE
