RED FRUIT AND BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIES

PORZIONI: 2
- A) For the red fruit smoothie
- 250 g of Greek yogurt (or light yogurt)
- ½ banana
- a handful of strawberries and raspberries
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- For the garnish
- puffed spelt, oat flakes, whole cereals with chocolate chips
- blackberries, strawberries and raspberries
- some leaflets of fresh mint
- B) For the blueberry smoothie
- 250 g of Greek yogurt (or light yogurt)
- ½ banana
- a handful of blueberries
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- For the garnish
- coconut chips, blueberries, raspberries and kiwi
- some leaflets of fresh mint
- The method is the same for both of the smoothies.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the smoothies into little bowls, garnish them according to your taste and serve right away.
- Enjoy!!
