INGREDIENTI
  • A) For the red fruit smoothie
  • 250 g of Greek yogurt (or light yogurt)
  • ½ banana
  • a handful of strawberries and raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • For the garnish
  • puffed spelt, oat flakes, whole cereals with chocolate chips
  • blackberries, strawberries and raspberries
  • some leaflets of fresh mint

  • B) For the blueberry smoothie
  • 250 g of Greek yogurt (or light yogurt)
  • ½ banana
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • For the garnish
  • coconut chips, blueberries, raspberries and kiwi
  • some leaflets of fresh mint
COME PROCEDERE
  1. The method is the same for both of the smoothies.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour the smoothies into little bowls, garnish them according to your taste and serve right away.
