No-bake chocolate tarts (Recipe also in English on OPSD blog) These rich no-bake chocolate tarts are surprisingly easy to make for such an indulgent dessert. Try now my no-bake chocolate tarts made from scratch!

INGREDIENTI
  • For the crusts
  • 150 g of Oreo cookies (or similar)
  • 50 g of melted butter
  • For the filling
  • 80 g of dark chocolate
  • 80 g of dairy cream
  • 20 g of butter
  • Oreo cookies (or similar)
  • chocolate chips
COME PROCEDERE
  1. Using a food processor, blend the cookies. Add the melted butter and mix well to combine.
  2. Cut some thin strips of baking paper (they will be used for removing the tartlets from the muffin mold easily)
  3. Place the strips on the bottom of the mold and then pour a spoonful of mixture into each hole.
  4. Using your fingers, press well on the bottom and on the borders of the mold.
  5. Keep the crusts into the freezer for at least 10 mins. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate filling.
  6. In a small pan, gently bring the cream to the boil. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate and the butter.
  7. Stir well the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and then let it slightly to cool down.
  8. Take back the tartlets from the freezer and garnish them with the chocolate filling.
  9. Put half of an Oreo cookie and some chocolate chips on the top of each tartlet.
  10. Keep into the fridge until it’s time to serve.
  11. Unmold your tartlets and … enjoy!
