PEAR AND FETA CHEESE SALAD (Recipe also in English on OPSD blog) Crisp pears, honey dressing and feta cheese blend wonderfully in this light and easy to make salad.

INGREDIENTI
FOR THE SALAD
1 pear
valerian
almonds
1 Spring onion
feta cheese
FOR THE DRESSING
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of Acacia honey
extra virgin olive oil
the juice of half a lime
OTHER
black salt of Cyprus
pepper
COME PROCEDERE
Prepare the dressing. In a jar put the mustard, the honey, the oil and the juice of half a lime. Put the lid on the jar and shake it vigorously.
Wash the pear, dry and cut it into thick slices. Remove its pips but not its skin.
In a bowl, put the pear slices, the valerian, the almonds, the Spring onion cut into rounds and the feta cheese cut into small pieces. Dress them with a few spoonfuls of dressing.
Using your hands, gently mix your salad and divide it into two dishes.
On the basis of your taste, you can add other feta and other dressing to the salad.
Season to taste with black salt of Cyprus and pepper.
Enjoy your meal!
NOTE
If there is some dressing left, you can keep it in the fridge for a couple of day.
