Chocolate pancake with clementines and pistachio nuts - Chocolate Pancakes make the perfect chocolate lovers breakfast. These are a sweet gooey chocolate pancakes that are great with fresh fruit, are great for breakfast or dessert.

INGREDIENTI
  • For cocoa pancakes
  • 100 g of all purpose flour
  • 20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 130 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 18 g of melted butter
  • a pinch of fleur de sel
  • butter for greasing
  • For the filling
  • clementines
  • icing sugar
  • toasted pistachio nuts
  • maple syrup
COME PROCEDERE
  1. In a large bowl, blend all the ingredients with a whisk to make a smooth and homogeneous batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a knob of butter.
  3. Pour one small ladle of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles begin to form on top and the pancake starts to look golden and firm. Flip it with a spatula and cook again for a few seconds.
  4. Keep it warm and repeat until you have run out of batter.
  5. Peel off the clementines and cut them into thick rounds.
  6. Transfer the pancakes to a plate and garnish with clementines, icing sugar and ground pistachio nuts.
  7. Serve them with abundant maple syrup and enjoy your breakfast!
